Nova Austral pushes reorganization creditor vote 10 days to Dec. 15
Chicago, Dec. 6 – Nova Austral SA rescheduled a meeting for 10 days later regarding a revised reorganization proposal, according to a release.
During the meeting the creditors will vote on the reorganization agreement.
The meeting, originally scheduled for Dec. 5, will now be held on Dec. 15.
The reorganization agreement has been filed with the court in Porvenir in Chile.
