New Issue: Taiwan’s Vanguard International Semiconductor sells NT$7 billion bonds in two parts

Los Angeles, March 21 – Vanguard International Semiconductor Corp. priced NT$7 billion of five-year bonds in two series at par, according to a notice on Monday.

The NT$6 billion of tranche A bonds priced with a 0.9% coupon.

The NT$1 billion of tranche B bonds priced with a 0.85% coupon.

KGI Securities Co., Ltd. is the lead underwriter.

This is the company’s first issuance of corporate straight bonds for 2022.

Proceeds will be used for expansion or for environmental protection related expenditures.

Vanguard is an integrated circuit foundry service provider based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
