Taiwan’s Vanguard International Semiconductor eyes NT$7 billion bonds

Los Angeles, Dec. 10 – Vanguard International Semiconductor Corp. plans to offer up to NT$7 billion of straight corporate bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds will be issued at par with maturities of no more than 10 years.

Proceeds will be used for expansion or for environmental protection related expenditures.

Vanguard is an integrated circuit foundry service provider based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
