Dynagreen to issue up to ¥2.39 billion six-year convertible bonds

Portland, Me., July 23 – Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co. Ltd. plans to issue up to ¥2.39 billion six-year convertible bonds, according to a company announcement.

The bonds will be marketed to individuals with accounts at the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corp. Ltd. Shanghai Branch.

The securities will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Proceeds will be used to expand the company’s waste incineration power generation business and for general corporate purposes.

Dynagreen is a Guangdong, China-based waste management company.
