Diocese of Norwich official committee of unsecured creditors formed

Olympia, Wash., July 29 – Norwich Roman Catholic Diocesan Corp., known as the Roman Catholic Diocese of Norwich, had its official committee of unsecured creditors appointed, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut.
The five members are Sam Garcia, Mario Rolon, Darek Rzeczko, Hector Soto and John Turner.
The Norwich, Conn.-based diocese filed bankruptcy on July 15 under Chapter 11 case number 21-20687.
