New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.18 million review notes linked to MerQube Tech+ index

Chicago, Dec. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.18 million of 0% review notes due Nov. 29, 2024 linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 21% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual review date.

If the index finishes below its initial level but at or above the 65% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the index from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
