Fundworks refinances with $30 million senior secured notes

Los Angeles, May 17 – Fundworks, LLC announced it closed $30 million of senior secured notes to a group of institutional investors, according to a press release.

This transaction refinanced the company’s existing $20 million of senior secured notes and provides substantial excess capital to fund the continued growth of its small business funding business.

Brean Capital, LLC was placement agent on the transaction.

Fundworks is a tech-enabled small business finance company based in Van Nuys, Calif.
