Scan-D adjusts conversion price of domestic secured convertible bonds

Buffalo, N.Y., July 13 – Scan-D Corp. announced an adjustment to the exchange price of its second domestic secured convertible bonds, according to a notice.

The company adjusted the price of the bonds to NT$35.60 from NT$38.30, effective Aug. 4.

Formerly Scandic International Corp., the Taoyuan City, Taiwan company is a wholesaler and retailer of furniture, bedding, and kitchen appliances.
