Limetree Bay official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., July 27 – Limetree Bay Refining, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Monday by Region 7 U.S. trustee Kevin M. Epstein, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The members are Ruben Kendrick, Jr. of Universal Plant Services (IV), LLC, based in Deer Park, Tex., Cherie A. Pinac of Excel Construction & Maintenance VI, Inc., based in Baton Rouge, La., Cody Reese of InServ Field Services USVI, LLC, based in Tulsa, Okla., Jeffery L. Nations of National Industrial Services, LLC, based in Kingshill, U.S. Virgin Islands, Robert W. McKenna, Jr. and Daniel McKenna of Christiansted Equipment Ltd., based in Harrison, Ohio, Robert Stuart Lewis, Jr. of Pinnacle Services, LLC , based in Christiansted, U.S. Virgin Islands, Christopher J. Ryan of Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations LLC, based in Houston, Mark A. Hess of Englobal U.S. Inc., based in Houston, and Pamela Colon, based in Christiansted, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Limetree Bay is based in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands and is capable of processing around 200,000 barrels per day. The company filed bankruptcy on July 12 under Chapter 11 case number 21-32351.
