New Issue: Mexico’s Fibra SOMA sells $600 million 4 3/8% 10-year notes

Chicago, Aug. 16 – Fideicomiso Numero CIB/3332 (Fibra SOMA) sold $600 million of 4 3/8% 10-year bonds (Ba1//BBB-) at 99.607 to yield 4.424%, according to a company notice.

The order book was more than 2.3 times oversubscribed.

This is a debut issue in the international markets for the issuer.

The notes are to be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and operations, as well as to refinance existing liabilities.

The issuer is a Mexico City-based real estate investment trust.
