Pipeline Foods official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., July 22 – Pipeline Foods, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on Thursday by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The members are Annette Cook of Simons Feed & Supply LLC, based in Salem, Ohio, Clayton Miller and Karen Brenneman of Crystal Valley Farms, LLC, based in Orland, Ind., Earl Pederson, based in Bejou, Minn., Jon Miller of Brushvale Seed, Inc., based in Breckenridge, Minn., Lonnie Bartlett of Dahl Trucking LLC, based in Langdon, N.D., Matt Holland of Richland Grains LLC, based in Ellendale, Minn., and Brant Hemingway, based in Ellendale, Minn.

Pipeline Foods is a Minneapolis-based organic food supply chain. The company filed bankruptcy on July 8 under Chapter 11 case number 21-11002.
