Foci Fiber Optic Communications convertible bonds may be put beginning July 29

Concord, N.H., July 6 – Foci Fiber Optic Communications Inc. said holders of its unsecured convertible corporate bonds have a right to put their bonds beginning on July 29, according to a notice.

The bonds will be purchased at their face value in cash.

The put right expires on Sept. 6.

The fiber optic components company is based in Taiwan.
