Moody’s slashes Lucky Bucks

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded Lucky Bucks, LLC's probability of default rating to D-PD from Caa3-PD. Lucky Bucks' also lowered the corporate family rating, the senior secured revolver and term loan to Ca from Caa3. The outlook was changed to stable from negative.

These actions follow the company's filing for relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. “Moody's will withdraw Lucky Bucks' ratings because of the company's bankruptcy filing,” the agency said in a statement.
