New Issue: China’s Hebei Shunde prices $50 million 5% bonds due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., June 28 – Hebei Shunde Investment Group Co., Ltd. sold $50 million of 5% bonds due June 25, 2024, according to a listing notice.

The joint global coordinators for the offering are Bocom International, CEB International, Bank of China and Nanyang Commercial Bank.

The joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the bonds are Shanxi Securities International Ltd., CNCB (Hong Kong) Capital Ltd. and Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd.

Listing is expected on June 29.

The company is involved in infrastructure construction services and based in Xingtai, China.
