New Issue: F&G Global sells $750 million 1.75% note due 2026 with 87.5 bps spread

Knoxville, Tenn., June 24 – F&G Global Funding issued $750 million of 1.75% five-year notes on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The bonds priced with a spread of Treasuries plus 87.5 basis points. The notes were talked in the Treasuries plus 110 bps area.

BofA Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC were the bookrunners.

The company is based in Wilmington, Del.
