S&P rates F&G Global notes A-
S&P said it assigned its A- rating to F&G Global Funding's inaugural issuance.
F&G Global Funding is a Delaware-incorporated statutory trust. Its primary assets will be the funding agreements issued by Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Co. These notes will constitute the first issuance under a $5 billion program by F&G Global Funding.
The notes are backed by FGLIC-issued funding agreements held by the trust and have payment terms that are equivalent to those of the funding agreements.
