New Issue: SSCP Lager BidCo issues SEK 850 million of secured floaters at Stibor plus 625 bps

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 21 – SSCP Lager BidCo AB (publ) (Logent) issued an initial SEK 850 million of secured floating-rate notes at Stibor plus 625 basis points in connection with a tender offer for its senior secured floating-rate notes due 2024, according to a notice.

The company noted the order book was significantly oversubscribed.

The new notes will mature in December 2026.

They were issued under a total framework of SEK 1.3 billion.

The company intends to apply for admission to trading of the new notes on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Nordea Bank Abp and Pareto Securities AS are arrangers and joint bookrunners for the new issue.

The company will use the proceeds from the new notes to repurchase tendered notes, totaling SEK 475.2 million of the SEK 900 million senior secured floating-rate notes due 2024 (ISIN: SE0013358686), at 100.734 plus unpaid interest.

SSCP Lager is a parent company of the Logent group and a logistics company based in in Stockholm.
