Uniguest secures $190 million via credit facility with Comvest

Buffalo, N.Y., June 22 – Uniguest negotiated a $190 million senior credit facility with Comvest Credit Partners, according to a press release from the administrative agent and lender.

The financing was used to support the acquisition of the company by Atlantic Street Capital.

Uniguest is a provider of secure content management software and managed services based in Nashville, Tenn.
