Moody's rates Eviosys loan at B2
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 instrument rating to the planned additional senior secured term loan B (TLB) issuance of €350 million due August 2028, to be issued by Kouti BV.
Other ratings of Titan Holdings II BV (Eviosys) and related entities are unaffected. These include Eviosys' B3 corporate family rating, B3-PD probability of default rating, as well as the B2 ratings of senior secured TLB due 2028 and senior secured revolving credit facility due 2028 issued by Kouti and the Caa2 rating of backed senior subordinated notes due 2029 issued by Titan.
The proceeds will fund a dividend distribution to shareholders and pay related transaction fees and expenses.
The outlook is stable.
