Titan talks €375 million offering of notes due 2029 at 5¼% area

Concord, N.H., July 1 – Titan Holdings II BV was talking a €375 million offering of senior notes due 2029 to yield in the area 5¼%, according to a pre-stabilization notice and market sources.

Kouti BV, a subsidiary of Titan, is guarantor of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes (expected ratings: Caa2/CCC+/CCC+).

Deutsche Bank AG and Barclays are global coordinators and joint bookrunners together with BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, Credit Suisse and UBS as bookrunners of the deal.

The Amsterdam-based company is part of a group focused on manufacturing cement and building products.
