S&P gives Wipro notes A-

S&P said it gave an A- long-term issue rating to the planned dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes that Wipro IT Services LLC will issue. Wipro IT Services is a U.S.-based wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro Ltd., which will guarantee up to 105% of the principal payment on the notes.

Wipro IT Services will use the proceeds to repay its debt and for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
