Lafayette Square hires Susan Golden as head of loan operations

Chicago, June 2 – Lafayette Square announced that it hired Susan Golden as head of loan operations, according to a press release on Wednesday.

She will be responsible for loan operations, servicing and agency functions within Lafayette.

Previous to her new position, Golden was a longtime executive at Cerberus where was had been director of finance and operations since 2002.

She was instrumental there in building the infrastructure, systems and teams needed to support their sponsor finance unit, previously known as Dymas Capital Management.

Before Cerberus, the executive worked at Heller Financial.

Lafayette Square is an impact-driven, minority-owned investment platform based in New York.
