Chicago, May 13 – Alcentra NY LLC refinanced $377.2 million in two classes of notes from the Shackleton 2015-VII-R CLO, Ltd. transaction, according to a notice.
The transaction matures July 15, 2031.
The refinancing includes the $321 million class A-R senior floating-rate notes at Libor plus 115 basis points and the $56.2 million of class B-R senior floating-rate notes at Libor plus 175 bps.
The class C, class D, class E and class F notes are not part of the refinancing.
