AUTOLIV INC.: Senior long-term debt; Stockholm-based automotive safety systems supplier; pricing expected during first quarter of 2014.

BANK OF ENGLAND: Dollar-denominated offering of three-year notes; Barclays, Credit Suisse Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC; Rule 144A, Regulation S; London-based central bank of the United Kingdom.

FIDELITY NATIONAL FINANCIAL INC.: $1.4 billion of debt, including longer-term bonds; to fund majority of cash portion of acquisition of majority of common shares of Lender Processing Services, Inc.; Jacksonville, Fla.-based provider of title service, mortgage and diversified services.
