New Issue: Australia’s NBN sells HK$400 million of 4.67% notes due 2033

Lexington, Ky., June 21 – NBN Co., Ltd. sold HK$400 million of 4.67% notes due June 21, 2033, according to a notice.

Listing for the notes is expected on the Singapore Exchange effective June 22.

NBN designs, builds and operates Australia’s wholesale broadband access network. The company is wholly owned by the Commonwealth of Australia.
