L&L Wings official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., May 7 – L&L Wings, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by Region 2 U.S. trustee William K. Harrington, according to a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The members are Israel Golasa of Beach Mart, Inc., based in Nags Head, N.C., Anthony Verrilli of Rosenthal & Rosenthal, Inc., based in New York, John E. Demirjian of Island World Swim, based in Los Alamitos, Calif., Yakov Zroya of White by Mazuoz, based in Hallandale, Fla., and Abraham Shileach of Ocean Drive, based in Kenilworth, N.J.

The New York-based beachwear and beach sundry items retailer filed bankruptcy on April 24 under Chapter 11 case number 21-10795.
