Alpha Bank gives results of one-week tender offer for preferred notes

Chicago, Dec. 13 – Alpha Bank SA announced the results of its tender offer for the €400 million outstanding 3% fixed-rate reset senior preferred notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS2416958598), according to an announcement.

As of the expiration time at 11 a.m. ET on Dec. 12, noteholders tendered €368,773,000 of their notes.

The company is accepting all of the tendered notes.

Alpha Bank is offering a par purchase price. Interest will also be paid to the settlement date.

The maximum acceptance amount was to be determined by the issuer at a later date, based on a new offering.

The tender offer is subject to a financing condition, namely the successful completion of the issue of the new offering of notes.

The offer is expected to settle on Dec. 15.

After settlement, there will be €31,227,000 of notes remaining.
