New Issue: China’s XD sells $280 million 1.25% convertibles due 2026

Concord, N.H., April 12 – XD Inc. priced $280 million 1.25% five-year convertible bonds with an initial conversion price of HK$63.45, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing notice.

The Regulation S bonds were sold via joint bookrunners and joint managers Credit Suisse and Citic Securities.

They are expected to be listed for trading on the exchange on Tuesday.

The mobile and web games company is based in Shanghai.
