New Issue: Scotiabank sells $3.5 million capped notes on Vanguard FTSE Pacific ETF

Los Angeles, April 8 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $3.5 million of 0% capped notes due April 26, 2024 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Pacific exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 200% of the ETF return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 81.12%. Investors will be fully exposed to any ETF decline.
