France's Cades talks $750 million to $1 billion seven-year notes for Tuesday pricing

New York, April 9 - Caisse d'Amortissement de la Dette Sociale is in the market Tuesday with an offering of seven-year notes, a market source said.

The size of the offering will be $750 million to $1 billion, the source said. Talk is in the 105 basis points to 110 bps range.

Pricing is being done under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the bookrunners.

The French debt agency is based in Paris.
