Chicago, March 8 – France Titrisation sold €2 billion of notes in a securitized transaction collateralized by loans to French micro, small and medium-size enterprises, according to a pre-sale report.
The notes being issued by FCT Lafayette 2021, due April 30, 2048, include €1.4 billion of 0.15% class A notes and €600 million of 0% class B notes.
The transaction includes an 18-month revolving period.
BNP Paribas SA is the arranger.
France Titrisation is part of BNP Paribas.
