Prospect News reports five new defaults for Feb. 18-Feb. 24 period

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 26 – Prospect News reported five new defaults for the week of Feb. 18 through Feb. 24.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 filings made by Stream TV Networks, Inc., Belk Inc., Evergreen Gardens Mezz LLC (All Year Holdings Ltd.) and 96 Wythe Acquisition LLC, and a missed interest payment from Dexia Credit Local.

So far in 2021, Prospect News has reported 30 defaults, including 22 voluntary Chapter 11 filings, three missed interest payments, two Chapter 15 filings and one each of involuntary Chapter 11 filings, missed principal payments and safeguard proceedings.

The four companies with Chapter 11 filings made in the week listed over $1.2 billion in assets and over $1.23 billion in liabilities.
