Moody’s revises Centrient view to stable, rates loans B3

Moody's Ratings said it affirmed Centrient Holding BV's B3 long term corporate family rating and the B3-PD probability of default rating and changed the outlook to stable from negative.

Moody's also assigned B3 ratings the proposed senior secured first-lien term loan B2 due October 2027 and the proposed senior secured first-lien revolving credit facility due May 2027.

In this proposed amend-and-extend transaction Centrient will extend maturities on its first-lien term loan B2 to October 2027, the second-lien term loan (unrated) to March 2028 and the revolver to May 2027, respectively.

“The stable outlook reflects the extended maturity profile that creates the potential for Centrient to execute its strategic plan that includes expectations for a significant uplift of company-adjusted EBITDA from around €118.5 million per the last twelve months March 2024,” Moody’s said in a news release.
