New Issue: Scatec issues NOK 1.75 billion of four-year green bonds at Nibor plus 425 bps

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 31 – Scatec ASA issued NOK 1.75 billion of four-year senior green bonds with a coupon of Nibor plus 425 basis points, according to a press release.

DNB Markets, Nordea and SpareBank1 Markets are the joint lead managers.

Proceeds from the sale will be applied toward eligible activities under the company’s green financing framework, including the partial repurchase in cash of its outstanding euro-denominated bonds due Aug. 19, 2025 (ISIN: NO0010931181).

Scatec is a renewable power producer based in Oslo.
