Prosper announces $23.5 million credit facility via Oxford

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 3 – Prosper Life Care Inc. secured a $23.5 million senior credit facility and revolving line of credit with Oxford Finance LLC, according to a press release.

Proceeds will be used for the acquisition of two assisted living/memory care facilities in Massachusetts.

Based in Buffalo, N.Y., Prosper Life Care is a healthcare management company.
