Cadence Innovation's unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Sept. 8 - Cadence Innovation LLC's official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Monday by the Region 3 U.S. Trustee, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members include Derek Shrehl of Recticel Interiors North America, LLC, Clarkston, Mich.; S. Donald Campbell of Bayer Material Science LLC, Pittsburgh; and Frank J. Lucido of Michigan Staffing LLC, Warren, Mich.

Cadence, a Troy, Mich.-based auto parts supplier, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 26. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-11973.
