Cadence hearing for DIP loan approval adjourned indefinitely

Portland, Ore., Oct. 3 - Cadence Innovation's hearing for approval of its proposed $50 million debtor-in possession financing was adjourned indefinitely after two days of hearings, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The hearings began Oct. 2.

As previously reported, Bank of America, NA is the DIP lender agent.

Cadence is a Troy, Mich.-based auto parts supplier. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-11973.
