THOM Group selling €600 million five-year secured notes in fixed- and floating-rate tranches

Portland, Ore., Jan. 26 – THOM Group is in the market with a €600 million two-part offering of five-year senior secured notes (B2/B), according to market sources.

The deal features tranches of fixed-rate notes that come with two years of call protection and floating-rate notes that come with one year of call protection. Tranche sizes remain to be determined.

The offer is expected to remain in the market through Wednesday.

JPMorgan is leading the notes sale.

Proceeds will be used to finance a change in ownership and repay debt.

The issuing entity will be holding company Goldstory SAS.

THOM Group is a Paris-based operator of a chain of jewelry stores.
