Dryden 27 R Euro CLO 2017 may redeem rated notes in whole

Chicago, Jan. 20 – Dryden 27 R Euro CLO 2017 DAC announced a potential optional redemption of its rated notes, according to an announcement on Wednesday.

PGIM Ltd. is the collateral manager for the CLO.

The issuer has been contacted by subordinated noteholders through the collateral manager about exploring a potential redemption in whole of the rated notes.

U.S. Bank Trustees Ltd. is the trustee for the transaction.
