Stellantis hosts investor calls for euro-denominated green bonds

Chicago, March 6 – Stellantis NV is hosting investor calls on Monday for a green bond offering (Baa2/BBB/BBB), according to a source.

The bonds are planned with a seven-year tenor.

The euro-denominated, Regulation S notes are being sold by BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, BBVA, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, Mediobanca, Santander and UniCredit.

BNP and BofA are sustainability structuring coordinators.

Proceeds will be used for eligible green projects.

Stellantis is an Amsterdam-based automaker and mobility provider.
