Stellantis signs new €12 billion syndicated revolving credit facility

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., July 23 – Stellantis NV announced it entered into a new €12 billion syndicated revolving credit facility with a group of 29 relationship banks, according to a press release on Friday.

The new facility replaces two existing ones from Groupe PSA (€3.0 billion) and FCA Group (€6.25 billion), increasing the company’s overall liquidity by €3 billion.

The new revolver is structured in two €6 billion tranches. The first features a three-year tenor, and the second has a five-year tenor. Both tranches benefit from two further one-year extension options.

Stellantis is an automaker and mobility provider based in Amsterdam.
