WIN Semiconductors buys back $30 million zero-coupon convertibles

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 26 – WIN Semiconductors Corp. repurchased $30 million of its currency-linked 0% convertible bonds due 2026 (ISIN: XS2275382286) in open market transactions from Aug. 16 to Sept. 16, according to multiple notices.
The repurchases represent 6% of the original issue.
The repurchased bonds will be canceled.
Taoyuan City, Taiwan-based WIN Semiconductors is a professional foundry services company for the production of gallium arsenide microwave integrated circuits.
