Williams Industrial’s committee of unsecured creditors amended

Olympia, Wash., April 25 – Williams Industrial Services Group Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was amended, according to a notice filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee now consists of Hudson Elevator Group, based in Staten Island, N.Y.; International Plant Services, based in LaPorte, Tex.; Sunbelt Rentals, Inc., based in Columbus, Ohio; and Thompson Building Wrecking Co., Inc., based in Augusta, Ga.

Atlanta-based Williams Industrial Services is a provider of infrastructure related services to blue-chip customers in energy and industrial end markets. The company filed bankruptcy on July 20, 2023 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10961.
