New Issue: Brazil’s Banco BTG issues $500 million 6¼% notes due 2029 at 99.157

Chicago, April 29 – Banco BTG Pactual SA (Cayman Branch) issued $500 million of 6¼% notes due 2029 (Ba2//BB) at 99.157, according to a notice to the market.

The notes are callable early with a Treasuries plus 35 basis points make-whole premium until March 8, 2029 when they become callable at par.

BTG Pactual US Capital LLC, Banco Bradesco BBI SA, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Itau BBA USA Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the joint lead managers.

Proceeds are being used for general corporate purposes, including to repay existing debt securities.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes are listed in Luxembourg.

The lender is based in Sao Paulo.
