Chicago, Dec. 3 – illimity Bank SpA sold a debut issue of €300 million of 3 3/8% senior preferred notes due Dec. 11, 2023 (//B), according to a market source.
The notes were issued under the bank’s euro medium-term notes program.
The issue was more than three times oversubscribed from 160 investors.
BNP Paribas, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, Morgan Stanley and NatWest Markets are the joint lead managers for the issue.
The bonds will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
