Uzbekistan’s Enter Engineering shelves offering of 10-year notes

Los Angeles, Nov. 30 – Enter Engineering Pte. Ltd. has postponed its previously announced offering of senior notes (B/B+), according to a notice on Thursday.

Enter Engineering had planned to price €300 million of 10-year notes, as reported.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Gazprombank were the managers for the Regulation S offering.

The industrial construction company is based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
