Flight Centre tallies October repurchases of convertibles due 2027

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 19 – Flight Centre Travel Group Ltd. repurchased A$21 million of its A$400 million 2.5% convertible notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS2250347700), according to a notice.

The buybacks represent about 5.25% of the initial principal.

The repurchased notes, which were purchased in open market transactions between Oct. 13 and Oct. 17, were canceled.

As of Oct. 17, A$353.8 million in aggregate principal amount of notes remains outstanding.

The notes were originally issued on Nov. 11, 2020.

Flight Centre is a Brisbane, Australia-based travel agency.
