Henry Ford Village secures approval to access $3.25 million DIP loan

Olympia, Wash., May 26 – Henry Ford Village, Inc. received approval to access a $3.25 million debtor-in-possession facility with UMB Bank, NA as lender, according to an order filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

The facility will mature on Nov. 1 at the latest.

Interest will be 7.16%.

Henry Ford Village is a senior living community based in Dearborn, Mich. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Oct. 28, 2020 under case number 20-51066.
