Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 23 – Future Diamond Ltd. priced $200 million 4¼% guaranteed senior notes due 2022, according to a listing notice Thursday.
The notes are guaranteed by Seazen Group Ltd. and Seazen Resources Capital Group Ltd.
CMB International Capital Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co., Ltd., Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd., CLSA Ltd., Central Wealth Securities Investment Ltd., Seazen Resources Securities Ltd. and Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (H.K.) Ltd. are the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the offering.
Listing for the notes is expected on the Singapore Exchange effective Sept. 24.
Proceeds will be used to refinance Future Diamond’s existing dollar-denominated senior notes.
The real estate management and development company is based in Shanghai, China.
