ICD Funding makes repurchases on notes due 2024, 2026

Chicago, Dec. 1 – ICD Funding Ltd. reported buybacks of its $500 million of 4 5/8% notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1069870415) and its $600 million 3.223% notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS2248081601).

Of the 2024 notes, the issuer repurchased $19.1 million of the notes, leaving $412.9 million remaining.

Of the 2026 notes, $34,211,000 of the notes was repurchased leaving $505,789,000 of the notes remaining.

Investment Corp. of Dubai is a sovereign wealth fund.
